Standard observation ports and windows
An oven with a temperature of up to 700 ℃ can be equipped with several standard observation ports and windows. Non airtight ovens can be equipped with cable ports with diameters of 6, 36, and 48 mm, which can be installed on the side of the oven and on the doors and windows of the oven.
The muffle furnace with a working temperature of up to 1800 ℃ can have observation windows installed on the back wall or top of the furnace as needed.
1100 ℃ quartz glass window
According to the requirements, the tube furnace can be equipped with quartz glass windows that can withstand temperatures up to 1100 ℃.
Thermocouples and observation windows
Most box furnaces with a maximum operating temperature of 1800 ℃ can have observation windows installed on the furnace door (depending on size). Thermocouples can be installed on the rear wall of the box furnace. Can be equipped with calibration ports.
1500 ℃ sliding thermocouple
The vacuum box furnace equipped with a pyrometer requires the installation of sliding thermocouples in the heating area for precise temperature control below 1500 ℃. When the temperature reaches 1500 ℃ or above, the thermocouple automatically slides out of the heating area, and the pyrometer begins to measure the temperature.
3000 ° C pyrometer
The 2200 ℃ vacuum box furnace can be equipped with a pyrometer to control the temperature of the furnace body. Other muffle furnaces can also be equipped with pyrometers as needed.
